All of our standard products are made to order. Once an order is placed, expect a 5 work day production time. Shipment is made via UPS. Fed Ex only by request. We do offer enhanced shipping of 3 days, 2nd day, and Next day.
All foreign shipments will ship visa USPS, 1st class.

- GUARANTEE
Autocraft products (other than leather) are warranted for one year to be free of material workmanship defects. No other warranties are either expressed or implied.
- RETURN POLICY
- All sales are considered final, and no merchandise may be returned without prior consent of an Autocraft representative.
- No returns or credit can be issued on custom-fit orders due to customer error.
- No returns or credit for any reason if items are held for over 90 days.
- No credit will be issued on returned merchandise that has been, cut, altered, or glued.
- REFUSED SHIPMENTS
The customer will be responsible for shipping as well as any restocking fees for any and all refused orders.
- CREDITS
- Credits are issued prior to the end of the month. Credits for OPEN Accounts will appear on the Customers next statement.
- Within 60 days, COD Accounts will be issued a refund check and Credit Card Accounts will be issued a credit on their credit card.
- Autocraft will issue credit for merchandise only. No Labor Credits.
- OREDERS REPLACED BY AUTOCRAFT
Orders replaced by Autocraft will be shipped via UPS or Fed Ex ground service. If an alternative shipping service is requested, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred.
- DAMAGES
It is the responsibility of the customer to file a claim with the carrier for any damages incurred during shipment.
